Built by the industry, for the industry.
IFFI is India's first trade association dedicated solely to frozen food and beverages — modelled on the world's leading frozen institutes, and built for the realities of the Indian cold chain.
"India will not become a frozen food nation by accident. It needs an institution that builds the standards, the policy environment and the public trust — deliberately, and together."
India's frozen food economy is the fastest growing in Asia Pacific, yet the industry that powers it has never had a single voice. Policy submissions are made company by company. Food safety practice varies plant by plant. Consumer myths go unanswered.
The Indian Frozen Food Institute exists to change that. We unite processors, cold chain operators, ingredient and equipment suppliers, and retailers behind one charter: to make safely frozen food a trusted, everyday part of how India eats — and a celebrated export of how India feeds the world.
We are member-governed, dues-funded and fiercely independent.
A deliberate build.
